Uptown Greenville and the Greenville Police Department introduce Truck or Treat, Greenville's first Halloween street food festival

    GREENVILLE, N. C. -DON'T FRIGHT, COME OUT FOR A BITE... Uptown Greenville and the Greenville Police Department introduce Truck or Treat, Greenville's first Halloween street food festival.

    As the full moon rises on Halloween night, food trucks will invade the Uptown District serving their ghoulishly delightful goodies. Starting at 9:00 pm on October 31st, trucks will line up along the 200 block of 5th Street.

    Guests will be able to sink their teeth into a variety of selections from the following: Y'all Eat Yet, Shep's Farm to Truck, East Coast Wings, Villa Verde, Smash Waffle's Smash Shack, and Williams Catering. Additionally, many Uptown staples will be open for dinner.

    Event Entry locations:

  • 5th Street and Evans
  • 5th Street and Reade Circle
  • Reade Circle and Cotanche
  • 4th Street and Cotanche

    For security reasons, no weapons (real or costume) will be permitted in the designated event area.

    Road Closure Details:

  • 5th St. between Evans St. and Reade Circle
  • Cotanche St. between 4th St. and Reade Circle
  • Hodges Lot

    One way traffic permitted northbound on Reade Circle. Evans St. and 4th St. will remain open for normal traffic. The Five Points Plaza and the 4th Street Parking Deck will remain open.
