    Mrs. Lorraine Woolard Jones, age 76, a resident of Pinetown, went home to be with her Lord, Monday, April 9, 2018.

    A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, April 13, 2018 at Oakdale Cemetery, Washington, conducted by Marty Alligood.

    Mrs. Jones was born in Beaufort County on March 24, 1942. She was the daughter of the late Onnie E. Woolard and Minnie E. Moore Woolard. Mrs. Jones was a professional seamstress.

    On December 24, 1958, she married Franklin D. Jones, who preceded her in death, June 5, 2009.

    Mrs. Jones is survived by her son, Stanley E. Jones, Sr. and wife, Lisa; grandchildren, Stanley E. Jones, Jr., Ashley Elizabeth Jones Muse; eight sisters and two brothers. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by a son, Jason S. Jones, two sisters, and one brother.

    The family will have private viewing from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory, followed by a visitation from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The family will receive friends and food following the graveside service at her sister's home, Carol Edwards, 1702 North Market Street, Washington.
