    April Elaine Peed Weaver, age 42, a resident of Wake Forest, NC died Tuesday April 10, 2018.

    April was born in Beaufort County on April 9, 1976 to Gary Wayne Peed, Sr. and Lisa Forbes Moore. She attended North Pitt High School. April was a member of Wayside Presbyterian Church, Chocowinity.

    Survivors include her husband John "Donald" Weaver, Jr., her daughter, Mandi Cumbo, two sons, Dillon Weaver, Austin Weaver, her father, Gary Wayne Peed, Sr. and wife Donna of Chocowinity, her mother, Lisa Forbes Moore of Pinetown, maternal grandparents, Ola and Gloria Forbes, a brother, Alan Taylor and April Stepps of Chocowinity, two sisters, Jessica Peed and Larry Quidley of Chocowinity, Sara Peed and Matthew Vandiford of Tarboro, an aunt, Olive Jones and husband Al, an uncle, Jason Forbes, two great uncles, Bill Forbes, Tom Forbes, one niece and six nephews.

    She is preceded in death by her brother, Gary Wayne Peed, Jr. and her son, Hunter Weaver.

    The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday April 15, 2018 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
