    It is with great sadness that the family of Rudolph Junior Bailey announce his passing on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10:00 pm.

    He was 60 years old and was a resident of Washington, NC. He will be lovingly remembered by his family. Rudolph J. Bailey was the son of Lenora and Rudolph Bailey who predeceased him. He attended school in South Norwalk, Connecticut. He was a loving son and brother.

    He is survived by his siblings, five brothers; Charles E. Bailey of Stamford, CT, Willie E. Bailey of Essex, CT, Roy E. Bailey and wife Robin of Stratford, CT, Vincent G. Bailey of Pinetown, NC, and James Bailey of Bridgeport, CT, three sisters; Mary Bailey of Stamford, CT, Gloria Bailey of Bridgeport, CT and Serena Bailey of Bridgeport, CT. He enjoyed seeing his many nieces and nephews every year and treated each with the same politeness and love and they are Tamika Bailey, Troy Bailey, Rashida Bailey, Kayla Bailey, Myles Bailey, Craig Bailey, Juron Bailey, Roy Bailey, Melissa Bailey, Ashley Bailey, Sharon Bailey, Thelma Bailey and Sharon Bailey #2.

    A celebration of his life will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 13, 2018 in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service, Washington, NC. Rudolph was kind, loving, polite and would always lend a helping hand. He will be greatly missed. The family extend their deepest appreciation and thank you to everyone for joining them at this difficult time.
