Joe Biden: Space Invader! | Eastern North Carolina Now

This silly story is truly a non issue if not for the egregious hypocrisy of the Socialist Left, which in itself may be the greater humor.

ENCNow
'He invaded my personal space, and made me feel uncomfortable.'

This silly story is truly a non issue if not for the egregious hypocrisy of the Socialist Left, which in itself may be the greater humor. However, the Democratic Socialist Left is so loony with all its unqualified, unworthy candidates vociferously vomiting one stupidity after the other, it is impossible to take any of them seriously, even though the Democratic Media's ongoing and breathless coverage of their Liberal lunacy is so utterly aspirational.

If anyone has followed Joe Biden, and his career as a Liberal politician - now considered a Centrist politician (although Joe Biden is more liberal today, but compared to his current Democratic Socialist presidential opponents, well ...) - one would know Joe Biden as a likable political schmoozer and little more. No substance in Joe Biden(?); however, name one Democratic Socialist politician on the political stage with any redeemable substance and you win the Kewpie Doll.

The Kewpie Doll notwithstanding, there is great incentive for "1% Joe's" (my favorite of Mr. Trump's brands) "personal destruction" in the political arena by his Democratic Socialist opponents. Besides Liberal Joe not being Socialist enough, now, we discover what most everyone has always known - Joe Biden as an inappropriate Space Invader!, with both women and some men now complaining of, nay, suffering his unwanted overt familiarity with their personal space; an 'invasion of their personal space'.

Whether Joe Biden is swooping in to cop a friendly feel, or dispense a few expletive laced words full of a Liberal's wisdom (like while announcing ObamaCare's roll-out), Joe is that fun-loving, irrepressible man-about-schmooze.

For me, as a career Conservative, instead of getting all rung up over "1% Joe's" familial standard of physically expressing himself, and how I should 'believe all survivors' irrespective of how trivial the issue, I instead would rather just brand Joe the best way I know, the way I understand the man from my mere observation over many years, and let that stand as my statement on this current political frivolity: Joe Biden - SPACE INVADER!

Joe Biden: SPACE INVADER!; for full effect, let it roll off your tongue with a slight growl when you announce the SPACE INVADER! part. Now, they you have it; the perfect way to know Joe ... affectionately speaking of course.

My partiality for Joe Biden is somewhat akin to hedging my bets. Of all the candidates running so far in the Democratic primary, he is the least dangerous in my opinion. It's kind of equivalent to putting a put option on a stock to protect me in the event of a drop in price (ie Trump loses in 2020). If that is the case I would much rather have Biden as President than anyone else running. My opinion regarding the 2016 election was the Hillary may have been the only opponent that Trump could have beat. There is a large segment of the voting populace that votes on likability or un-likability regardless of policy. I've never been a 'let it all ride' investor, or gambler and feel the same with politicians. I have noticed an increasing amount of frustration among some of my right leaning compatriots regarding Trump's slash and burn style. He is wearing thin with many fence sitters but the extreme left could be his salvation if any of them get the nomination. It is truly a crap shoot at this point.

Interesting. Since it did not show the weapons, I just figured Vietnam. Still, a great picture. Upon closer inspection, these soldiers are wearing Pacific Theater fatigues.

Justyo clarify, I did not take the picture. It is from WWII when it was perhaps less acceptable, but it makes the point.

I stumbled across this site when looking for the image.

Bobby Tony, you mix it up well. And we here at BCN are the great beneficiaries. Great picture by the way, I shoot a bunch of images, and I may never shoot one this profound.

Joe would make a terrible president, but, I do respect his flashes of standing up for what should be right - this whole touching thing is far over blown, and do agree with you and Joe on that.

Just this weekend, we visited some old friends, and they are a good bit older than my wife and I, so I made sure that I invaded our female friend's personal space, and announced that I just experienced a bidengasm (coined by your truly). She is a full fledged Deplorable, so she well enjoyed the invasion.

I think we are in agreement that there is no need to immerse ourselves in opposing views.

I grant that I am probably guilty of over analyzing the Joe Biden saga, but what the heck I am Bobby Tony. While Joe may occasionally cross over the lines of personal space, I remember the time when a coach or adult could pat a boy or hug a boy after a strike out and it was nothing more than encouragement or reassurance without someone automatically jumping to the pedophile conclusion. I often wonder how may boys grow to be men without ever learning how to buttress another human without the fear of being branded a predator. We have enough misplaced masculinity hiding behind an insecure persona of toughness. I have seen that overt masculinity fade away when confronted with the overwhelming despair caused by combat and a brother was in need of a hug.

Agreed; however, I can't stomach but so much CNN and MSNBC.

Wrong and wrong often, while basking continuously in the glow of wrong gets real old fast.

I am always somewhat amused when I hear people say they will never watch FOX NEWS, CNN, MSNBC or whatever (and I have many in my family on both sides of that Rubicon). It seems as if they are afraid of ideas.

Apparently critical thinking is not contagious but dogma is highly contagious and infects that part of the brain that controls rational discourse. The first thing I do before I blindly accept any political pronouncements in the media by anyone is to try and determine their historical position on the Nolan Chart. This allows me to assign the proper weight to their opinion based on my own bias and their bias balanced by perspective. Without critical thinking we are all subject to indoctrination by those self proclaimed PHD Experts.

I have met two Social Justice Warriors that got up into my grill, and both were obnoxious and stupid, and extremely rude, which may be redundant for the obnoxious and stupid descriptors.

I see on e of them from time to time, and I had to the ignorant fool that he had lost his speaking privileges with me, and that is forever until he apologizes for being a complete Dumbass - he use use those exact words.

Both ignorant Social Justice Warriors were self-proclaimed "Doctors" (actually PHD's), who have the collegiate jobs of forming young minds. Now, that is messed up.

One must have to question: What is the rigor to becoming a PHD these days? From my audience with both of these two fools, I would surmise: Not much!
