May 8, 1935 - April 14, 2019
    Mrs. Louise Lamb Cuthrell, age 83 resident of 1640 Seed Tick Neck Road, Pinetown died Sunday, April 14, 2019 at her home.

    Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at West Belhaven Church of Christ, Belhaven, conducted by Minister James Scheffler, Chaplain Darrell Kelly and Rev. Jim Howell. Burial in Belhaven Community Cemetery will be held at a later date.

    The following will serve as pallbearers: Reid Radcliffe, Chris Lamb, Jonah Lamb, Mike Respess, Will Gountikas, and Kaliff Moore. Tyler Radcliffe, Jayden Lamb and Case Lamb will serve as honorary pallbearers.

    Mrs. Cuthrell was born in Nash County on May 8, 1935. She was the daughter of the late George Hubert Tant and Omie Brown Tant. Mrs. Cuthrell was a retired sales clerk with J.D. Dawson in Belhaven. She was a member of West Belhaven Church of Christ. In her spare time, Mrs. Cuthrell loved cooking, reading, being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and taking care of people.

    Mrs. Cuthrell was married to John Thomas Lamb, Sr. who preceded her in death, May 11, 1969. Later, she married Albert Daniel Cuthrell, who preceded her in death, September 6, 2005.

    She is survived by a daughter, Joy L. Moore of Pinetown; son, John Thomas Lamb, Jr. of Plymouth; a brother, Billy Bissette of Pitts, Ga.; four grandchildren, Reid Radcliffe, Chris Lamb, Kaliff Moore, Abbey Gountikas; and six great grandchildren, Macy Radcliffe, Jonah Lamb, Tyler Radcliffe, Case Lamb, Jayden Lamb and McKinley Moore.

    In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Cuthrell was preceded in death by three sisters, Pauline Franklin, Grace Brown and Pearl Driver and a brother, Edgar Bissette.

    The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at West Belhaven Church of Christ and other times at her home, 1640 Seed Tick Neck Road, Pinetown.
