    Ms. Jaime Leigh Hazzard Reason, age 41, a resident of Washington, NC passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019.

    She was born April 20, 1978 in Washington County, Minnesota to Mary Whitford and the late Gregory Spencer Hazzard. Jaime was 6 months old when she and her mother moved to North Carolina. She was a goodhearted woman and mother that loved her children. Purple was her favorite color. She enjoyed dancing, shooting pool, and stiletto heals.

    She is survived by her former husband, Brad Reason, her mother, Mary Whitford, four children; Dana Marie Turner, Jasmine Lynn Frazier, Eliana Leigh Frazier, Dylan Lee Thomas Reason and stepdaughter, Brittany Webb, significant other, Steven Foster, one sister, Tischa Hudnell, one brother, Dewey Frazier, Jr., one aunt, Linda Klund and husband Steve, one great aunt, Marry Hazzard, mother in-law, Debra Powell, father in-law, Dexter Reason, and sister in-law, Tina Reason.

    In addition to her father Jaime was predeceased by her daughter, Kyra De'Nae, stepfather, Dewey Ray Frazier, Sr., grandmother, Erma Lee Price and one nephew, Deakon Demers. A memorial celebration of Jaime's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2019 in the chapel of Washington Funeral & Cremation.
