    Mr. Phillip Edward Webb, age 67 a resident of 640 St. Lewis Road, Macclesfield, died Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville.

    A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Pinetops Baptist Church in Pinetops.

    The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday prior to the service in the church fellowship hall and other times at his home.

    Mr. Webb was born in Nash County on March 12, 1952. He was the son of the late Reddick Thomas "Jack" Webb and Ida Penny Page Webb. Mr. Webb had worked as a sewing machine mechanic, a millwright and most recently at Roberson Cleaners. In his spare time, he loved to fish and piddle in his yard.

    On April 11, 2009, he married the former Valerie Cutler, who survives.

    Surviving with his wife are his children, Crystal Webb Cairns and husband, Jeff of Pinetops, Connie Webb Robbins and husband, Joey of Marion, N.C., Phillip Blake Webb of Rocky Mount, Vanessa Whitley of Washington; his grandchildren, Doan Mills, Maranda Bose (Gerrick), Atlanta Wills, Jordan Wills, Jalen Robbins, Jandon Robbins, Tanner Cairns, Jaxson Robbins; his great grandchildren, Camden Wills, Peyton Hamad, Tatem Faulkner, Alonna Bose, A.J. Bose; and his siblings, Phyllis Webb (Danny), David Webb (Linda), James Webb (Denise), Nancy Webb (Benje), Cliff Webb (Shelly),and Joyce White (Jesse).

    In addition to his parents, Mr. Webb was preceded in death by a son, Chris Webb and his grandparents, Tommy and Daisy Webb.
