May 29, 1967 - August 22, 2019
    Mr. Carl Wilson Foster Jr., age 52, a resident of Pamlico Beach, passed away Thursday August 22, 2019.

    Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday August 26, 2019 at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven and will be conducted by Dean Fulford Jr. and Eric Hill.

    Burial will follow in Ryder Hill Cemetery in the Pamlico Beach Community. Robbie Payne, Toby Sawyer, Shane "Wilson" Foster, Peabody Lott, Carl Willie Lott and Jeremy Lott will serve as pallbearers.

    Mr. Foster was born May 29, 1967 in Beaufort County to Carl Wilson Foster Sr. and the late Betty Jean Asby Foster. He was a lifetime commercial fisherman.

    Survivors include his father, Carl Wilson Foster Sr. of Belhaven; two daughters, Heather Sawyer and husband Toby of Bath, Carla McArthur and husband Rick of Bath; three sons, Stephen Foster of Bath, Shane "Wilson" Foster and Beth Silverthorne of Plymouth, Cameron Merritt of Bath; one brother, William Major Foster Sr. of Pamlico Beach; one sister, Betty Faye Foster Lott and husband Ronnie "Peabody" of Brunswick, Georgia and thirteen grandchildren, Hayden Sawyer, Bently Sawyer, Jacob Sawyer, Cross Sawyer, Elizabeth Bland, Landon McArthur, Luke "Scoot" McArthur, Lane "Hoss" McArthur, Cody Foster, Kristina Foster, Kandace Foster, Leah Foster and Remy Foster. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Emily Foster and nephew, Little William Foster Jr.

    The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday August 25, 2019 at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven and other times at the home of Betty Faye Foster Lott, 2395 Old Pamlico Beach Road West, Belhaven, NC 27810.
