On March 12, 2025, at approximately 6:35 p.m. the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office 911 Center received a report of a fire in the Beaufort County Detention Center.
On Friday, January 24, 2025, at approximately 4:07 a.m. Deputies with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Family Dollar/Dollar Tree, located on North Boyd Rd. at NC 32 North in Pinetown in reference to a vehicle that was involved in a breaking and entering at a nearby residence.

On 04/13/2023, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit, Officers with the Washington Police Department and Probation Officers conducted a search of Germaine Williams residence located at 829 Boston Avenue in Washington.
On 03/11/2023, Patrol Deputies assigned to the Aurora area served arrest warrants on Anthony Bragg, 32 years of age, of 1824 Bay City Road in Aurora.
On 02/7/2023, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Shaquel Collins, 29 years of age, of 113 Days Inn in Washington.
On 01/27/2023, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Robert Smith, 32 years of age, of 2081 Chandler Road in Chocowinity and Danielle Baker Smith, 30 years of age of 2081 Chandler Road in Chocowinity.
On 01/19/2023, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Jaquan Kinlaw, 26 years of age, of 3911 Hwy 17 North in Washington.
On 01/20/2023, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Jimmy Lewis, 33 years of age, of 408 East 6th Street in Washington.

On 12/14/2022, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Renolda Diondre Randolph, 29 years of age 115 Baker Drive in Washington.
On 12/16/2022, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Robert Smith aka Robin Hood, 32 years of age, of 543 Old Mill Road in Chocowinity.
On 12/14/2022, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Amanda Dare Alligood, 42 years of age, of 1591 E. Barr Road in Chocowinity.
On 12/8/2022, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit, Detectives with the Washington Police Department and Detectives with the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Louis Jimenez Ramirez, 34 years of age, of 1362 Whichard Cherry Lane Road in Greenville.
On 10/7/2022, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit and Detectives with the Washington Police Department arrested Kashon Moore, 27 years of age, of 193 Yonkers Drive in Washington.
Within the past month, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Drug Unit have arrested the following eleven people.
On 06/16/2022, Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit and Detectives with Washington Police Department arrested Dezmen Albritton, 20 years of age, of 106 Pamlico Court in Aurora, Stephanie Hill, 50 years of age, in Aurora and Chester Brown, 78 years of age, in Aurora.
