    Sandra Marie Vigilante, 71, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family after a 14 year battle with multiple myeloma.

    Sandra was born to the late Art Koehler and Claire Pine Koehler who survives. She was originally from New Jersey but later made her home in North Carolina. Sandra had many talents, which included cooking, baking and interior decorating. She was a very sweet and charitable person with a great sense of humor. She loved her family, her dogs and had a strong faith in God.

    Including her father, Sandra was predeceased by her husband, Michael Vigilante; a daughter, Gina Rousset; a son, Christopher Vigilante and a son in law, William Hanley

    In addition to her mother she is survived by her daughter, Nicole Vigilante of Jensen Beach, Florida; Two sisters, Ellen Koehler and Laverne Koehler, three brothers; Ken, Bucky and Bobby Koehler, five cousins; Janice O'John, Tim McAndrew, Terrance Pine, Tommy Pine and John McAndrew, two granddaughters; Gabriella Hanley and Krystal Benitez, one grandson; Michael Martino, Jr., one great-grandson; Lucas Martino, a son in law; Robert Rousset, her best friend; Lynn Weiss from New Jersey; several nieces and nephews and her canine friend Casper.
