I have to agree with nearly all of this, except pardoning General Flynn right now.

This matter is in the courts, and if justice is served, with General Flynn winning this case and being exonerated by the courts, it may help the General in a far greater sense to seek financial restitution and the perpetrators being finally punished.

If that does not work, the President should pardon in the most fulsome manner possible.
