    Mr. David Warren Brinn, Sr., age 77, a resident of 6673 Free Union Church Road, Pinetown, NC died Wednesday May 13, 2020 at Autumnfield of Belhaven.

    A private visitation will be held 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 16, 2020 at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven followed by a private funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Yeatesville Cemetery. The service will be officiated by Pastor Tony Parrish. Pallbearers will be Bobby Brinn, Marc Brinn, Steve Brinn, Teddy Brinn, Scott Tingle and Doug Dixon. Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Brinn and Anthony Swindell.

    Mr. Brinn was born in Beaufort County on December 22, 1942 son of the late David Buchanan Brinn and the late Maggie Lee Keech Brinn. He was a graduate of Pantego High School. On June 12, 1961 he married the former Agnes Christine Clark who preceded him in death on June 1, 2015. Mr. Brinn started work at Texas Gulf in 1968 and retired as a supervisor and mechanic, with thirty-five years of service, in 2003. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, NASCAR racing, camping and boating. He dabbled in woodworking and was a DO IT YOURSELFER. Mr. Brinn was a member of Free Union Free Will Baptist Church.

    Survivors include three sons: David "Warren" Brinn, Jr. and his wife Beverly, Cleveland "Tony" Brinn and his wife Connie and Brice Leon Brinn and his wife Helen all of Pinetown; a sister: Irene Brinn Dixon of Raleigh; thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. He was predeceased by three brothers: Russell Hunter Brinn, Dennard Frank Brinn and Wilbur Thurman Brinn, Sr. and three sisters: Annie Brinn Tetterton, Ida Brinn Harrington and Linda Brinn Darden.

    Flowers are welcome and appreciated and the family kindly asks that any memorial contributions be made to the charity of one's choice.
