If all of this terrible behavior has not gotten weird enough for you yet, maybe you should check your sense of what is the reality of appropriate conduct for a representative society. After watching this abject lawlessness and ignorance, where are we being failed as a People?
On May 26, 2020, the ensuing national anarchy began as a peaceful protest of the senseless murder on May 25th of George Floyd, a former habitual criminal, who had allegedly discovered a better path before his life was extinguished by a Minneapolis police officer's overabundance of needless and deadly force. On that first night of protest, what started as a peaceful protest concerning Mr. Floyd's untimely demise at the undeniable hand of police brutality, quickly morphed into a riot, where destroying the property of others while looting the merchandise of others - mostly Black owned businesses - became the unnatural order for almost every
"peaceful protest" in every town and city accosted.
And accosted they were, as city after city were infected by what often began as the acknowledgement of one bad cop going rogue, which cost the life of Mr. Floyd, to nights of bedlam and anarchy, and then later days and nights of worse. Known organized Anarchists, Black Lives Matter, were the face of the riots to reasonable people, while the Fascist organization ANTIFA were the organizational muscle to get the property destroyed, and then loot its premises for any property of value.
For all of the "Peaceful Protesters", who cry that they have the right to protest, then riot, then destroy, here are the words of the entire First Amendment: Below.
- Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The truth of the first Amendment is people have the 1st Amendment protection to have:
"the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Once the peace is broken and breached, the organised protest is on a footing to be ended as soon as the local authorities judge it is proper to do so.
In this summer of Anarchy in America 2020, the predominate template for this organized anarchy of lawless behavior was clear: 1) Riot in cities that are run by Democratic Socialists; 2) Operate under the misapplied premise of
"Peaceful Protest"; 3) make outrageous demands as the incentive to end the aforementioned egregious lawless behavior - all felonious; 4) Serve notice to Democratic Socialist politicians locally and in the U.S. congress to back-off; 5) Use language that immediately controls the
vapid propagandists controlling the many Fake News outlets.
Where Anarchists, represented by Black Lives Matter, and Fascists, represented by ANTIFA, have been so successful in their anti-American, lawless endeavors is by their organization, and by their choice of venue. First, their choice of where to project their hatred of America and our collective ideals: Only choose cities administered by Democratic Socialists. Second, in terms of organization by ANTIFA, and, or other terrorists: 1) Coordinate by smart phones where the local police force shows strength, and, or weakness; then deliver destructive supplies where needed to destroy property and then loot, while directing efforts to where they will be less impeded. This was too brilliant for Black Lives Matter (BLM) to have originated, but BLM members and their associative looting
"peaceful protesters" benefited nonetheless (more about that in the future).
This lawlessness continued near unabated for close to four full days, where buildings and the local police precinct, nearest where George Floyd met his tragic end, were set ablaze. What stopped the worst of the Riots of Minneapolis 2020? It sure was not their police departments, made timid by their feckless Democratic Socialist city council and mayor. Minneapolis police extinguished the flames of anarchy by working with the Minnesota National Guard, mobilized by Governor Tim Walz.
The success of the Minnesota National Guard notwithstanding, the societal damage of this terrible civil unrest /lawlessness had been accomplished, and that message sent throughout the United States was clear: Here lies the successful template of how to score political points by intensely hating one's nation.
The Hate America coalition of Black Lives Matter, and others, spread their caustic venom fast after the Minneapolis debacle of poor political wills. Concurrently, while, Minneapolis was burned and looted as Democratic Socialists stood idly by, the Democratic Socialist administrations of Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, New York, Washington, DC, etc. were visited by the Anarchists and some Fascists that remain these politicians' constituents.
Even Raleigh North Carolina, now administered by Democratic Socialist Mayor - Mary-Ann Baldwin - and her city council also controlled by her same poor political party, allowed Raleigh to be sacked by Anarchists on May 30th /31st, without direct and sustained intervention by the Raleigh Police Department. The absolute horrid governing of our state capital, Raleigh, NC, was so terrible in the shadow of angry Anarchists fomenting the destruction of its citizenry's livelihoods that
I wrote a resolution to the contrary of their bad governance, and had it ready for passage at our
June 1, 2020 Beaufort County Commissioner general meeting.
Raleigh's pathetic local government, like so many other large cities controlled by Democratic Socialist politicians, sent a strategic message of support to the Useful Idiots within the Lawless Mob destroying Raleigh citizens' private property, that their Lawless Mob rights also extended to their inalienable right to also destroy North Carolina citizens' public property - North Carolina's many monuments positioned on the grounds of the State Capitol.
Additionally,
Authoritarian Governor Roy Cooper, DS, determined that his trademark arbitrary and capricious Authoritarian dictum, generally reserved for keeping businesses he does not favor closed as he
did destroy North Carolina's economy, should then, and did misuse his statutory granted executive authority to restrict the State Capitol police from protecting the public property, serving as monuments to the Confederate Fallen there on the North Carolina state capitol grounds, on the
first night of the riot, June 19, 2020, and again on the
second night of the Raleigh riot, June 20th.
Even though Democratic Socialist Governor Cooper did surrender his executive authority to the Lawless Mob, once those Confederate Memorials were properly desecrated, and torn from their appointed pedestals, removed from State Capitol grounds, drug down Hargett Street, and ultimately hanged bythe neck form a lamppost at the intersection of Hargett and Salisbury streets, the Raleigh Police had full authority to arrest the entire assemblage of those in felonious possession of this stolen public property, but, of course, chose not to.
Until I am made aware otherwise convinced, this journalist can rightfully assume that the Democratic Socialist controlled Raleigh City government, not unlike Democratic Socialist Cooper, felt pressured to keep intervention to a minimum since the Lawless mob and legion of supporters of this Lawless Mob construct are active constituents and probable political contributors to the political success of these Raleigh politicians (includes Authoritarian Cooper).
In all truth and by all reality based consideration, there lies the problem,
here in North Carolina and all over the United States where Democratic Socialists are in control, Democratic Socialist politicians not only see the Lawless Mob as their natural constituents, and therefore do
embrace their ideals and their methods of expression. Anarchists Black Lives Matter are taking much of the credit for the continued lawlessness in Raleigh, North Carolina, and, concurrently, are being embraced by all Democratic Socialist institutions.
After watching this abject lawlessness and ignorance, where are we being failed as a People? There will be much more on this
sorry subject in future editions.
