Jacob Bragg Corkill | Eastern NC Now

   Jacob Bragg Corkill, age 19, a resident of 691 Domain Drive, Fayetteville, NC died Friday, July 20, 2012.

   A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at Pamlico Memorial Gardens officiated by Pastor Tony Krantz. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour at 15th Street Church of God in Washington, NC.

   Jacob was born January 1, 1993 in Sacramento County, California the son of Marek Corkill and Katrina Chrismon Corkill. He attended Jack Britt High School. Jacob loved music, computers, and had a great interest in art. He never met a stranger and was a very loving and caring person with many friends. His love for God was an important part of his day to day life.

   Jacob is survived by his mother, Katrina J. Corkill of Fayetteville, NC; his grandfather who raised him and was more like his dad, Thomas Chrismon of Washington, NC; two sisters, Emma Chrismon and Daisy Hunter, and one brother Joshua Chrismon. He was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Ramona Chrismon.
