    Numerous documentaries examine waste management systems to turn waste into charcoal, reclaim burnt out farmland, compost 100 dead pigs, on and on.

    European EPA laws encourage manure and liquid waste to be packaged and shipped to countries with veggie farms not exceeding nitrogen overload. The nitrogen and pharmaceutical runoff kills fish; the composting pollutes the air.

    The state worked hard to get on the most polluted 12 and getting clean is a long term project.

    Conclusion: Problem #1 is adding cleanup cost to my bacon. Selling waste makes sense.
