Mr. Richard Alan Manning, age 63, a resident of Williamston, died Tuesday April 27, 2021 at his home.
No services will be held per Mr. Manning's wishes.
Mr. Manning was born in Belhaven, NC on May 9, 1957, son of the late Alston LeRoy Manning, Sr. and the late Jane Agnes Dunwiddie Manning. He attended Pungo Christian Academy, helped on the family farm, and loved being a truck driver.
Survivors include his siblings: Alston L. Manning Jr. of Creswell, Agnes Manning Midgette (Linwood Lee) of Pantego and Jeffrey Lee Manning of Pantego; an uncle: Ronald Dunwiddie (Linda) of San Antonio, TX; aunts: Georgette Manning of Pantego and Lennette Wilson of Altoona, PA; nieces and nephews: Manda Lee Midgette Whitehurst (Alan), Kacey Reann Midgette (Paul Wagner), Kenzie Ryan Midgette Davis (Christopher), Jeffrey Hunter Manning and Noah Eli-Lee Manning; great nephews: Jackson Bray Midgette and Dash Ryan Davis; and a cousin: Billy Roberts of Pantego. Mr. Manning was predeceased along with his parents by a nephew: Linwood Lee Midgette, Jr. and ten aunts and uncles.
