On Wednesday, famed Zoom masturbator and CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin, who reportedly suggested his mistress abort their baby in 2008, weighed in on the possibility the Supreme Court could unravel Roe v. Wade in the case it is now considering, tweeting, "If you believe that women should have the right choose abortion, today's Supreme Court argument was a wall-to-wall disaster."

Toobin got dragged on social media:

Stephen L. Miller of The Spectator: "CNN has Toobin on discussing SCOTUS Mississippi abortion arguments, which if you know anything about him, is just perfection."

Pundit Kathleen McKinley: "He is the perfect example of men who pressure women into abortion. He told her he would not support the child if she didn't have an abortion. Bless her for not giving into him. Her precious child, Rory, is now 12 years old. Toobin used many women. He's a snake."

Mollie Hemingway, senior contributor to The Federalist: "Reminder: Pro-abortion activist Toobin reportedly once tried to pressure the woman he was cheating on his wife with - the daughter of a colleague - to abort their child. All years before he was caught masturbating at work. (Good news: she didn't succumb to his pressure.)"

Toobin reportedly pressured his mistress, Casey Greenfield, the daughter of Toobin's colleague, CNN political analyst Jeff Greenfield, to have an abortion in 2008 and initially refused to pay child support once the child was born.

The New York Daily News reported in 2010:

In 2008, when Greenfield became pregnant, and when she told Toobin the news, he offered her "money if she'd have an abortion," says a source. He also allegedly offered to pay for her to have another child later via a sperm donor.

"When Casey wouldn't have an abortion, Jeff told her she was going to regret it, that she shouldn't expect any help from him," claims another source.

The New York Times added in 2012:

When Ms. Greenfield first informed him of her pregnancy, she said, Mr. Toobin questioned the paternity, balked at submitting to a test and vowed to take no responsibility for a baby he wasn't sure was his. Both hired lawyers. ... She said she ruled out an abortion. ... She went on maternity leave for four months and then returned to Gibson Dunn until January 2011. She also sued Mr. Toobin for child support and custody of the baby ...

Last June, CNN welcomed Toobin back; he had been fired from The New Yorker after he was caught masturbating on a Zoom call with his colleagues in October 2020. Toobin took a leave of absence from CNN after the incident, which was first reported by Vice.

CNN's Alisyn Camerota started by saying, "I feel like we should address what's happened in the months since we've seen you, since some of our viewers may not know what has happened. So I guess I'll recap: I'll do the honors."

    "Help yourself," Toobin offered.

Camerota stated, "Okay. In October, you were on a Zoom call with your colleagues from The New Yorker magazine, everyone took a break for several minutes, during which time you were caught masturbating on camera. You were subsequently fired from that job after 27 years of working there, and you, since then have been on leave from CNN. Do I have all that right?"

"You got it all right, sad to say," Toobin replied.

"Okay, so let's start there," Camerota agreed. "To quote Jay Leno, 'What the hell were you thinking?'"

Toobin then began by saying his actions were "inexplicable" to him, then admitted he "didn't think people could see" him: "Well, obviously, I wasn't thinking very well or very much. And it was something that was inexplicable to me. I think, one point, I wouldn't exactly say in my defense, because nothing is really in my defense; I didn't think I was on the call. I didn't think other people could see me."
