Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has released a legal opinion that the crisis on the border constitutes an "invasion" that Constitutionally justifies states to take action to defend their borders, including pushing illegal aliens back into Mexico.

Tellingly, this article is from one of the UK's largest newspapers.  This does not seem to be being reported much by the American media, certainly not the propagandists of the MSM.
