Look at what lack of transparency got us in NC - Biden and AOC's Green New Deal, an energy policy that is very Russia-friendly and ratepayer / taxpayer UNfriendly. RINOs Phil Berger and Tim Moore, the GOP legislative "leaders" crammed it down our throats by using a hardball legislative tactic to rewrite bills at the last minute called "committee substitutes".
