7:00 am - Hurricane Sandy Update: XII | Eastern NC Now

   Hurricane Sandy, a killer storm with over 60 already dead in its wake, is passing the North Carolina coast slightly further to the east, and appears that it will make landfall further north, along the southern New Jersey shore.

    It may eventually become a monster storm, but no one knows how big, and what direction it will take; however, at the time of this update, the storm appears to following almost exactly its original projected storm path.

    It is a killer storm, so, please stay informed and try to be safe.
