Andrea Costa, head of the pro-migrant Rome-based  NGO Baobab Experience has been criminally indicted in Italy for buying bus tickets from Rome to Genoa for nine illegal alien migrants from Chad and Sudan.  He faces six and a half to eighteen years in prison if convicted.  A second activist in the organization is facing criminal charges for raising the cash for the tickets, while a third has been indicted for helping migrants reach a point on the French / Italian border.  All of the charges allege aiding and abetting human smuggling.

Hooray for Italy.  This is the way to deal with those who participate in illegal alien invasion of western countries.  Maybe Texas and Florida prosecutors can learn something here.  NGOs that bus illegal aliens can be indicted, and heck why not Biden administration officials?  Send Mayorkas himself to a Texas or Florida prison.
