Florida Medicaid has issued a 45 page report questioning the "science" behind the proposed treatments of people who think they are of a different gender, labelling them "experimental" and saying that they are not proven safe or effective. This includes puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and gender reassignment surgery.

As far as sports go, a simple DNA test will show if someone is XX or XY. XX only in women's sports XY in men's sports. Seems really pretty simple. But sadly to many will claim something to be able to cheat and others will bend over backwards to help them cheat.
