UK Defense Chief: Russia has lost 30% of its forces in Ukraine | Eastern NC Now

The UK's defense chief has told the BBC that Russia has lost 30% of its troops in the Ukraine invasion, with 50,000 killed and wounded, along with 1,700 tanks and 4,000 armored vehicles destroyed.  He said Russia was "struggling with land combat effectiveness" and that Ukrainian morale was high.
