New analysis shows what RINOs did to us on HB951 | Eastern NC Now

Woke Duke Power wants expensive wind and solar

ENCNow

RINO legislative leaders Phil Berger and Tim Moore rammed HB951 through the legislature, changing the wording at the last minute to make it even more radical than the EU's Green Deal.  Now, one of its architects, woke Duke Energy has released a plan on how to carry it out.  The plan is heavy on wind and solar and unproven claims on hydrogen power production.  It is also heavy on big increases in power costs for consumers and industries.

The John Locke Foundation has issued a report on how this plan will negatively impact consumers and how if HB 951 has to be carried out, it could be done in a less costly manner.

The sordid tale of the power plays and manipulations and total distain of legislative transparency RINOs Berger and Moore, with an assist from the RINO who will be our state senator after January, Jim Perry, used to foist this left wing travesty on us can be read here:

HB 951 will cost both taxpayers and electric ratepayers dearly, and it is just disgusting that Berger and Moore abused power the way they did to impose this far left climate alarmist crap on North Carolina. Berger and Moore betrayed Republican voters and, indeed, all North Carolinians, and they need to be removed from office. Here in Beaufort County, we need a real Republican to primary special interest hack Jim Perry for the State Senate. Perry was an active player in this monstrosity, too, a real Democrat in Drag.
