Evidence Of FBI Meddling In 2020 Election Mounts After Zuckerberg’s Hunter Biden Laptop Revelation | Eastern North Carolina Now

Mark Zuckerberg's shocking admission Thursday that Facebook squelched the Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 election at the behest of the FBI adds to the growing pile of evidence that the bureau may have affected the race by muting an explosive bombshell.

Zuckerberg told podcast king Joe Rogan that the FBI, which by then had been in possession of the laptop for nearly a year, contacted top Facebook officials weeks before the election to warn them that a major dump of Russian disinformation was coming. When the New York Post broke the story, Twitter kicked the news site off its platform, and Facebook, Zuckerberg said, downranked the story for over a week to dampen its impact.

"We just kind of thought, hey, look, if the FBI, which I still view as a legitimate institution in this country, it's like very professional law enforcement, they come to us and tell us that we need to be on guard about something, then I want to take that seriously," Zuckerberg told Rogan.

The revelation came on the heels of Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WS) disclosing that multiple whistleblowers from inside the FBI told him they were barred by their superiors from investigating the laptop. Photos, videos, emails, and text messages on the abandoned laptop, which were also ignored by legacy news outlets, paint the president's son as a drug-addled, venal degenerate and raise troubling questions about President Joe Biden's own role in his son's corrupt dealings.

Zuckerberg's disclosure indicates the bureau was apparently active on at least two fronts in shutting down a story that could have changed the course of the election. Legacy news organizations including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and CNN initially dismissed the story as Russian disinformation - as did Biden - but have since acknowledged the laptop's authenticity.

A recent poll by Technometrica Institute of Policy and Politics suggested that 79% of Americans believe President Trump likely would have won reelection if voters had known about the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop and that it was authentic.

"The FBI rigged the 2020 election," tweeted conservative commentator Mollie Hemingway, after Zuckerberg's disclosure.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) said Zuckerberg's admission adds to a growing list of evidence of the bureau's meddling in elections on behalf of Democrats.

"So the FBI preemptively warned Facebook off Hunter Biden laptop reporting," Hawley tweeted. "This same agency effectively laundered Russian disinfo in the 2016 election in the form of Steele dossier. And later lied to a court to get wiretaps."

The laptop, which Hunter Biden abandoned at a Wilmington, Delaware, computer repair shop, is believed to have been in the possession of the FBI since late 2019, more than a year before the election. It contains photos of Hunter Biden naked and smoking crack, unseemly discussions about his family, and sexual activities, and references to the role of the "Big Guy" in corrupt dealings with foreign entities. The "Big Guy" has been named by former Hunter Biden associate Tony Bobulinski as Joe Biden.

FBI Director Christopher Wray told lawmakers earlier this month that he could not comment on what, if anything, the bureau is doing regarding the laptop. But he said he found reports that the bureau refused to pursue a laptop investigation ahead of the election "deeply troubling."

Johnson called on Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael Horowitz to investigate why the bureau, which is part of the DOJ, has apparently refused to investigate the laptop.

Big Tech Platforms are acting as the defacto policing /judgement force of the internet by deciding whose Speech is most relevant, which Speech might languish, and which Speech must die, never to be resurrected. Is this what you expected to occur on OUR internet when we began expending so much of our time on this medium?
Yes, I have always trusted a larger entity to divine for me what is true and what is real.
No, I instead expected the internet to become a conduit to information that might enlighten my perspective by the choices I make while using OUR internet.
I never think this deeply; this makes my brain hurt.

Inarguably, the policies of the Democrats in congress and Joe Biden as the Executive is plunging the United States into a recession, if we are not already there; a recession that was completely avoidable. Will abrupt changes in policies occur in time?
Yes, the Democrats have a bold plan, yet to be revealed, to save us.
No, there will have to be a complete undoing of the damage done by these Democrats.
I can't do simple math, so how am I to understand the concept of basic economics.

Are you in favor of the Joe Biden Executive Order, just weeks before the midterm elections, to shift the Higher Education debt, of up to $10,000.00 per individual, to the taxpayers of this Republic (estimated at 1/2 trillion)?
Yes, it costs so much to go to college, and the right job is so hard to find in my focus of study.
No, one's individual debt should be born by the beneficiary of that debt; certainly NOT by others that work to support their own families and pay their own debts, and their taxes.
I am bereft of knowledge, so who cares?

Is it fair or even patriotic to threaten states that do not conform to the Democratic Socialists' mandate to control the outcome of Free and Fair elections enacted by constitutionally guaranteed states' legislatures?
Yes, all elections must be federalized so that the whim of the majority political party can set the standard for all elections.
No, Our Founders purposefully decentralized elections by guaranteeing only states' legislatures the independent right to enact Free and Fair elections.
  I don't vote and I don't care.
