    Mr. Mark Allen Ball, age 56, a resident of 120 Ann Street, Chocowinity, died unexpectantly Monday, September 26, 2022.

    A visitation will be held at a time to announced and other times at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington and other times at his home.

    Mr. Ball was born in Logan, West Virginia on December 12, 1965. He was the son of the late Paul Ball Sr., and Loney Mae Huffman Ball. Mr. Ball was a DE-Molder at Iconic Marine Group. In his spare time, he enjoyed doing yard work and fishing. Mr. Ball was an animal lover and enjoyed "hanging out" with his grandchildren.

    On February 15, 2020, Mr. Ball married the former JoAnn Mozingo, who survives.

    Those left to cherish his memories and mourn his passing is his wife, JoAnn; step daughters, Ashley (Jacob) Mercer and their children, Jake and Viola, Joyce Ann (Stuart) Herring and their children, R.J. Ball, Leigha and Nicholas Herring; step son, George "T.J." (Lana) Foreman and their children, Chloe Foreman and Aaron Anderson; two brothers, Paul Ball, Jr. of Christian, W.VA., James (Kristy Brown) Ball of Browning Fork, W. VA.; sister in law, Diana Huffman; niece, Angel (Michael) Ketterman and her daughter, Lacie Cole Huffman of Tamcliffe, W.VA.; brother in law, J.L. (Debbie) Wainwright of Louisburg, N.C.; and close friends, Shelia (Paul) Longo, Kyle (Meg) Longo.
