Dem political boss Gaskins is major bankoller of Rogerson for sheriff | Eastern North Carolina Now

Liberal Democrat courthouse machine political boss Herman Gaskins over the last 40 years has installed his choices in many courthouse offices including many of the judges and the district attorney.  Now he apparently wants to add the sheriff's office to his stable.

The campaign finance reports of liberal Democrat sheriff candidate Corey Rogerson show that liberal Democrat courthouse machine political boss Herman Gaskins is, far and away, Rogerson's biggest contributor at $5,000.  Gaskins has also backed very leftwing statewide Democrat judicial candidates.

Republicans simply cannot allow Herman Gaskins to  buy our sheriff's office.

''Woke" political operative Herman Gaskins has come out of the closet on Corey Rogerson. 4x8 Rogerson signs have gone up on Gaskins related properties. This bit about Gaskins bankrolling Rogerson's campaign needs to be gotten out to the public. One thing we do not need is another Gaskins flunky in the courthouse. And any Republican who supports this Gaskins flunky needs to be given a pink slip as to any party position.

And, yes, Countrygirl, Rogerson does need to tell voters why he was fired by the Sheriff's department and the Washington Police Department.

Has anyone ever found out why Rogerson was fired from the different law enforcement agencies?
