NC Democrat judge jails juror for not wearing mask in courtroom | Eastern NC Now

even thought there was no mandate to do so

ENCNow

This is what you get with the arrogance and petty political agendas of Democrat judges.

Gregory Hahn showed up for jury duty in Harnett County, North Carolina..  There is no existing mandate to wear a mask in the courtrooms statewide in North Carolina or in that judicial district.  Like many of his fellow jurors, Hahn did not bring a mask with him.

Democrat Judge Winston Gilchrist ordered all the jurors to wear masks in the courtroom.  Hahn, aware that there was no existing mandate to do so, objected. Gilchrist responded by jailing Hann for a day for contempt of court.

That really takes the cake.  Showing up to do ones civic duty as a juror and ending up in jail with the criminals over an arrogant Democrat judge's fanatic devotion to Fauci's useless mask diktat.

This is very similar to the Democrat Beaufort County Judge who jailed a prominent realtor over just having a cell phone in the courtroom that did not even ring.

Judges should not be mask Nazis or cell phone Nazis.
