Biden’s America: Half Of Adults Consider Second Jobs To Make Ends Meet | Eastern North Carolina Now

President Joe Biden has been suckling off the government teat since he was 29. That's 50 years.

At nearly 80, Biden has long forgotten what it's like to have a real job. And he's clearly completely out of touch with what average Americans are struggling through amid the highest inflation in 40 years.

"I'm not concerned about the strength of the dollar. I'm concerned about the rest of the world. Our economy is strong as hell," Biden said last weekend.

"Inflation is worldwide. It's worse off than it is in the United States," he added. "So the problem is the lack of economic growth and sound policy in other countries, not so much ours."

Amid voluminous criticism, the White House doubled down on Biden's insane stance that the economy is "strong as hell."

"The president understands ... that inflation is an issue, high costs is an issue for the American people, and so he's been very clear about making that his number one economic priority. And he has done the work," Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

He's done the work?! Wrong. WE'RE doing the work - and lots of it.

In Biden's dismal economy, more than half of working Americans have considered getting a second job to make ends meet.

"About 38% of workers have looked for a second job, while an additional 14% have plans to do so, according to a survey of more than 1,000 full-time US employees by Qualtrics International Inc., which makes software used by over 16,000 organizations," Bloomberg News reported. "At the same time, 18% of working adults said they had moved to an area with a lower cost of living to cut expenses, and another 13% plan to do so."

Why? "About 70% say their pay isn't keeping up with rising expenses. A recent Brookings Institution study estimated that the current spike in prices means it will now cost more than $300,000 to raise a child to age 17, up $26,000 since inflation took hold," Bloomberg reported.

At the same time, 401k's are being crushed in Biden's economy. The housing market has crashed, and mortgage rates have soared above 7%. And real wages have not kept pace with inflation, actually dropping by 3% during Biden's presidency.

That's all terrible news for Biden. Inflation is "extremely or very important" for 82% of Americans, but Biden's approval rating on the issue is just 30%, a Monmouth poll found this month. Crime is second at 72%, but Biden's handling is 32%. And immigration comes in at 67% for voters, but the president's approval rating is 31%.

"Democrats are all over the place when it comes to their key issues. This makes it difficult for the party to create a cohesive messaging strategy to motivate its base. Republicans, on the other hand, just have to hammer away at rising prices and 'the wolf is at the door' to get their voters riled up," said Patrick Murray, director of the independent Monmouth University Polling Institute.

"A major problem for Democrats is their base messaging doesn't hold as much appeal for independents as the GOP issue agenda does. Even though truly persuadable independents are a rather small group these days, this small difference can have a major impact given the expectation that congressional control will hinge on a handful of very close contests," Murray said.

In what may be the most divisive period in modern American History, even more divisive than the turbulent sixties due to today's lack of patriotism, consider what are the major catalysts causing so much of this calamity of conflict, and vote: What most instigates the division of America, on this day September 20, 2022?
  Racism within our society
Sex realignment to the detriment of our society.
Biden /Harris Wide Open Southern Border Policy for the Demographic Upheaval of OUR Constitutional Republic
Rampant Crime in Democratic controlled cities, and the possible contagion elsewhere
Covid Pandemic, and its mishandling at the political, and bureaucratic levels.
The unresolved questions /allegation regarding the flawed 2020 General Election
January 6th Riot or "Armed Insurrection", depending upon patriotic perspective
Joe Biden as Divisive Leader; Ineffective and Corrupt Executive
Failed Education Industry, from an overall perspective, regarding all levels of education.
Propagandistic Media in complete conflict with the First Amendment's guarantee of Freedom of Speech, and the awesome responsibility of a Free Press..
  "Orangeman Bad!"
Bureaucracy rushing to a behemoth size, its unjustified expense, and far too often overreach.
The Weaponized Deep State for political purposes
A secular ambivalence to all that is real.
Record number of overdose deaths from opioids and now Fentanyl
  Biden Administration's disastrous Foreign Policy
Bidenflation /supply chain failure inevitably evolving into stagflation and recession.
"Ultra MAGA Extremists" freely speaking louder AND LOUDER!

Inarguably, the policies of the Democrats in congress and Joe Biden as the Executive is plunging the United States into a recession, if we are not already there; a recession that was completely avoidable. Will abrupt changes in policies occur in time?
Yes, the Democrats have a bold plan, yet to be revealed, to save us.
No, there will have to be a complete undoing of the damage done by these Democrats.
I can't do simple math, so how am I to understand the concept of basic economics.

Considering what is being reported as the most divisive presidential speech - September 1, 2022 - in modern American history, where over 74,000,000 people, many of whom are OUR greatest patriots, were named as fascists by inference or otherwise: Is Joe Biden clearly capable of governing all of the American People to the betterment of this Representative Republic?
Yes, it is important that Haters are named.
No, Joe Biden cannot accept criticism when the real truth is his cruelest taskmaster.
I have no idea what is going on because I only consume Democratic Socialist Media.

Are you in favor of the Joe Biden Executive Order, just weeks before the midterm elections, to shift the Higher Education debt, of up to $10,000.00 per individual, to the taxpayers of this Republic (estimated at 1/2 trillion)?
Yes, it costs so much to go to college, and the right job is so hard to find in my focus of study.
No, one's individual debt should be born by the beneficiary of that debt; certainly NOT by others that work to support their own families and pay their own debts, and their taxes.
I am bereft of knowledge, so who cares?
