Bankman-Fried's FTX RINOs included Tillis and Burr | Eastern NC Now
conman gave to a few RINOs as well as $40M to Dems
Sam Bankman-Fried, the disgraced fraudster who swindled billions through his Ponzi scheme FTX, was the second largest contributor to Democrat candidates this year to the tune of $40 million, surpassed only by former Nazi collaborator George Soros. However, he also gave some money to RINOs as well.
Senator Thom Tillis' anti-conservative PAC "Results for North Carolina" received $700,000 from an FTX exec to trash conservatives.
Senator Richard Burr, however, was one of six RINO US Senators to receive a direct $5,800 contribution directly from Bankman-Fried last year. That in spite of the fact that Burr was retiring from the Senate! Wonder what the payola was for?
The other five RINOs are lefties from hell - Mitt Romney, Lisa Murkowski, Bill Cassidy, Ben Sasse, and Susan Collins, and only one of them, Murkowski was on the ballot this year. Again, wonder what the payola was for? Sasse and Cassidy have even indicated they are not running again.
