Today, Governor McCrory announced the following proposed Board of Transportation appointees, to be reviewed by the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee.

   Raleigh, N.C.     Today, Governor McCrory announced the following proposed Board of Transportation appointees, to be reviewed by the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee:

    State Board of Transportation, Division 1 (East)
    • Appoint Malcolm Fearing - Fearing is the President of Outer Banks Insurance Agency, Inc. He and his wife Susan live in Manteo, NC.

    State Board of Transportation, Division 3 (Southeast)
    • Appoint Michael Lee - Lee practices law at Lee Law Firm, PLLC. He and his wife Heidi live in Wilmington, NC.

    State Board of Transportation, Division 5 (Triangle)
    • Appoint Michael Smith - Smith is President of Kane Realty Corporation. He and his wife Mary Dee live in Raleigh, NC.

    State Board of Transportation, Division 7 (Triad-Greensboro)
    • Appoint Dwight Stone - Stone is President of D. Stone Builders, Inc. He and his wife Diane live in Greensboro, NC.

    State Board of Transportation, Division 9 (Triad-Winston-Salem)
    • Appoint Jake Alexander - Alexander is Sales Director of Genan, Inc. He and his wife Susan live in Salisbury, NC.
