The 11th Circuit US Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of the St. Johns County, Florida School Board's policy of requiring students to use the restroom of their biological gender.  The 11 judges voted 7 to 4 to back the school policy.  The policy was challenged by a girl who claimed to be a boy and wanted to use the boys' restroom in a case that was originally filed in 2017.
