The new majority on the North Carolina Supreme Court has ordered that the highly partisan decisions of the old majority on redistricting and on voter ID be reheard.  The court set a date in March to reconsider those rulings.  Like the previous rulings on these matters, this ruling was on party lines, 5 to 2.
