The South Dakota state senate has voted 30 to 4 to pass legislation to ban genital mutilation of children or use of powerful drugs for sex changes.  Some of the drugs used as "puberty blockers" for children are the same ones usesd for chemcial castration of rapists and have lots of nasty side effects.  The bill has already overwhelmingly passed the state house, and Governor Kristi Noem has announced she will sign it.  SD is the latest state to ban these barbaric practices on children.

It is time for such legislation in North Carolina.  Two major corporate medical conglomerates, ECU Health and UNC Hospitals have established these child butchery clinics here in North Carolina.
