SANTA MONICA, CA     Frustrated gamers across the world had yet to finish even downloading the latest Call Of Duty installment when yet another game, Call of Duty: WWII Black Ops Modern Warfare 17, was released.

"We are thrilled to revisit our revisitation of when we previously revisited the second World War," said Activision CEO Bobby Kotick. "This time, with blimps!"

Despite complaints that the new release was simply a remix of elements from prior games, Activision defended the quick release. "Sure, this new game has recycled elements from all the other Call Of Duty games," admitted Mr. Kotick. "But what I think people fail to realize is that it also has blimps. Have you ever used a kill streak to call in a blimp? I didn't think so."

Over the past decade, the immensely successful Call Of Duty franchise has moved from releasing one new game per year to releasing four new games per day. "We're really proud of the lineup we have coming out tomorrow," said developer Rob Reasons. "In the morning, we have Call Of Duty: Super Extra Modern Warfare, where players will now be able to hold their breath a half second longer while sniping. Groundbreaking stuff."

At publishing time, another fourteen Call Of Duty games were announced.
