Florida Governor Ron DeSantis cracked a joke after two far-left activists stormed the stage as he spoke to a sold out event in New Hampshire on Friday evening where he smashed the all-time fundraising record for the state's Republican Party.

The protesters were part of the far-left anti-Israel group IfNotNow, the group claimed on social media.

"Jews against DeSantis! Jews against DeSantis!" the two women yelled as security guards got control of the situation and escorted them off stage.

DeSantis remained calm, cool, and collected during the incident, quipping: "You gotta have a little spice in the speech, right?"

"Why would you want to pay for the ticket to get in just to do that?" he joked. "I don't know, but different strokes for different folks."

NHGOP Chairman Chris Ager told NH Journal Friday morning that the event was a "record-breaking fundraiser for the state party."

"Largest fundraiser in the history of the NHGOP, raising more than a quarter of a million dollars," he said. "Ticket sales were halted earlier this week after we exceeded planned capacity."

Florida's Voice reported that Ager announced at the event that $382,000 had been raised.

The news came after a left-wing publication claimed that DeSantis was struggling to sell tickets and that there was not much interest in his trip to the state.

NH Journal reported that, according to sources in both New Hampshire and elsewhere, "those stories were coming from allies of the Trump campaign, who've been working the press hard with stories of DeSantis' alleged shortcomings on the campaign trail."

Ager told the publication that the original goal was to sell 500 tickets and that the New Hampshire Republican Party quickly exceeded that number in sales.

"And unlike some previous events where tickets were made available to some activist groups for free, these are $150 tickets - a financial boon for the historically cash-strapped state party organization," the report said. "The 100 VIP tickets, at $500 a pop, are a sell out as well."

In the most recent Midterms Election, the "Republican Red Wave" turned out to be a "Republican Red Ripple," which, as in all elections, confounded the political prognosticators of what to expect down the governing /political road: What, and who, do you think is best for this meandering Representative Republic in the near future?
Because they know how to best allocate the public's money back to the right part of the public, the Democrats will NOW always prevail and get my vote.
With patriotic pragmatism the cornerstone of the best of the Republican Party, they will ultimately save this Constitutional Republic from self-destruction.
Since the Executive Branch is so important to turn this Representative Republic around, I am still on Team Trump in 2024.
Since the nation may need a different path to Conservative patriotism in the Executive, I am joining Team DeSantis.
Because I am entitled to take the government dole, the prevailing favoritism whenever possible, I will support any, and every Democrat candidate.
