Biden gifts UN climate fund $1 Billion of taxpayer money w/o Congress approval | Eastern NC Now
Congress is supposed to approve spending, not president
The US has a spending crisis which has it about to reach its debt limit, but Biden is still passing out money wven without Congressional approval. He has announced he is sending a UN climate fund a billion dollars, without any apporval of those funds by Congress. This is just the latest abuse of power by a president who acts like a banana republic dictator.
