Hunter Biden laptop "Russian disinfo" spy letter was set up by Biden campaign | Eastern NC Now

The author of the infamous letter signed by a list of intelligence agency officials claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop was "Russian disinformation" has blown the whistle on how that letter came to be written.  Former acting CIA Director Mike Morrell wrote the letter after he was asked to do so by Biden campaign official Anthony Blinken, now Secretary of State "to help Biden".  He never had any intention to write such a letter or help collect signatures for it until asked to by Blinken, and he said his motive to do so was "to defeat Trump".  After the letter was circulated in the media, Blinken called Morrell and thanked him for doing it, saying it had been "effective."

Of course the letter itself was the fabrication, but polls show it flipped the election to Biden. Many Biden voters told pollsters they would not have voted for Biden if they had known the truth about the laptop.
