tranny flashes 4 girls, 14 y.o., in school locker room; girls lawyer up | Eastern NC Now

Four 14 year old girls have been flashed by a self-styled "transgender" exposing his male genitilia in a high school locker room, and the girls parents have lawyered up in response.  The boy, 18, who claimed he was a girl stated "by the way I am a transgender" and turned to directly display his male genitilia to the four girls.  When the girls parents got inadequate response from the school, they sought legal advice.

In many states, including North Carolina, such a display of male genitilia in front of females who objected to it would constitute the crime of indecent exposure, and if the boy viewed the girls in a state of undress, he also might be charged with peeping tom.  Those who commit these crimes should be arrested and prosecutred, and the schools should be held responsible if they allow it.  Maybe school personanel should be charged with contrubuting to the delinquency of a minor.

One key question is whether the Beaufort County Schools have any policies in place to deal with situations like this.
