** Both events have sold out. If you're interested in attending, please use the contacts below, before Friday, to check if any cancellations.

FRIDAY, MAY 5th: BBQ & BLUEGRASS

    Check-in begins at 6:00pm.

This casual and relaxed evening features a delicious BBQ dinner served up by Dennis Brinson and the Reelsboro Methodist Church with live music by Brant Island Strings. Iced tea, water, beer, and wine will be available. Dress attire for this event is casual.

Upon arrival, the guest list will be at the registration table so come by to check-in, say 'howdy', and purchase some raffle tickets.

Raffle tickets? We are doing new things this year! Feel free to bring cash or check to purchase raffle tickets, and maybe you'll have the winning ticket to claim themed baskets, gift cards, and more. Raffle tickets are $20 for a 25 tickets and $10 for 12 tickets. Also, try your luck with the 50/50 cash raffle with the winning ticket getting half of the cash collected for this raffle! The 50/50 ticket prices are: $1 for 1 ticket, $5 for 6 tickets, $10 for 12 tickets, and $20 for an arm-length of tickets. The raffle drawings will be held around 7:00pm.

    SATURDAY, MAY 6th: HOPE REGALA

Check-in and cocktail hour begin at 5:30pm.

Dinner this evening is catered by The Flame and begins at 6:30. Dress is 'resort casual'. Coats and ties aren't necessary, but no jeans or t-shirts this evening, please. There will be an open bar. Along with dinner, there will be a silent auction, the $10K Golden Raffle drawing, a Live Auction, and Raise Your Paddle followed by dancing with music provided by BTA Entertainment. Look through the live and silent auction catalog. Items are still being added so keep checking back. All bidding for auction items will be in person. The silent auction ends promptly at 7:30pm and the live auction begins at 7:45.

Upon arrival, the guest list will be at the registration table so come by to check-in, say hello, and pick up your program with your table assignment, bidder number, and paddle.

PARKING for both events will be on the west side of the harbor (before you turn right to go to the Harbor Club). Look for Hope Regala parking signs. A shuttle van will take you to the event on the front lawn of the Harbor Club. There is a partially lit walking path (about .5 mile) along the harbor, also. For our guests who need more accessible parking, there are signs leading to handicapped parking available behind Yawl's Café located across the street from the event.

** Although there is no cost to you for the beverages either evening, donations are appreciated.

** Restrooms (ADA) are available across the street from the event.

If you're not able to attend but would like to support Hope Clinic, review the auction catalog and send a proxy bid with a friend who is attending Saturday's Regala or consider making an online donation to Hope Clinic here.

For questions, please contact the Hope Regala Co-Chairs, Wendy Bunce (wbunce1@gmail.com) or Janet Simpson (simpsoj16@gmail.com).

We look forward to seeing many of you this weekend. Plan to have a great time and remember to bid generously...lives depend on it!

Yolanda Cristiani, Executive Director /     Hope Clinic
