Gov. deSantis signs bill passed by legislature

ENCNow

Florida Governor deSantis has signed Senate Bill 266 into law that bans DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) programs in state universities., whether paid for by state or federal funds.  DEI is part of the "woke" alphabet soup along with CRT and ESG.

DeSantis called DEI "a vaneer to  impose an ideological agenda" and said the bill "will reorient our universities back to their original mission" to treat people as individuals and elevate merit over superficial characteristics promoted by the radical left.

North Carolina is throwing away a lot of taxpayer money on this radical DEI garbage at our state universities. Why is our "Republican" legislature allowing this travety? Why is liberal Republican Jon Hardister who has headed key legislative committees that should deal with this asleep at the switch? His failure to act on DEI makes him totally unacceptable as a nominee for Labor Commissioner. Just say NO to woke Jon Hardister in the GOP primary for Labor Commissioner.
