Conservative Senator Ted Budd (R-NC) and conservative Congressman Dan Bishop (R-NC) are helping lead the fight to stop the appointment of NC Covid czar Mandy Cohoen as head of the Center for Disease Controll by Biden. Budd and Bishop have signed a joint letter with over twenty other conservative senators and congressmen opposing the appointment of Cohen, who was know for proposing rigid lockdowns of citizens.
Local RINO congressman Greg Murphy seems to be missing in action on opposing Cohen.
"THroughout her career, Dr. Cohen has politicized science, disregarded civil liberties, and spread misinformation. . . she also has a history of engaging in partisan leftwing politics" Budd and Bishop said in their letter.
