Michael Knowles’ Bestselling Blank-Page Book ‘Reasons To Vote For Democrats’ Gets Hungarian Translation | Eastern NC Now

    Daily Wire host Michael Knowles' bestselling book "Reasons To Vote For Democrats: A Comprehensive Guide" has been translated into Hungarian six years after its release.

    The 266-page book, filled primarily with blank pages, is divided into ten chapters ranging from economics and civil rights to values and principles.

    Upon its release in 2017, the book hit the top of Amazon's bestseller list.

    Knowles described the political commentary as the "most exhaustively researched and coherently argued Democrat Party apologia to date."

    Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro calls the book "thorough."

    "If Democrats copied and pasted the contents of this book into their national platform they could become unstoppable," a user review read, reported by The Washington Post.

    During a previous interview with Fox News, the author said he decided to leave most of the pages blank after observing policies pushed by the Democratic Party for the last decade.

    "What's really great about this book, you can go cover-to-cover in about 15, 20 seconds," he said. "It took a very long time to research this book. I've been observing the Democratic Party for at least ten years now, and when I observed their record and reasons to vote for them - on reasons of economics or foreign policy or homeland security or civil rights and so on - I realized it was probably best to just leave all the pages blank," Knowles said.

    "When I started researching the book and going through this exhaustive study process, at first I turned to the 2012 Democratic National Convention, and it turned out they were deciding whether or not to include God in their party platform," Knowles said. "And the Democrats booed God. That's not good. So I decided probably if I'm going to make a good case to vote for Democrats, probably just leave that chapter blank."

    Former President Donald Trump sent legacy media critics into a frenzy that year after promoting the book on his Twitter account, with some accusing Trump of violating ethics rules.

    "I'm honored that President Trump enjoyed this important work of scholarship," Knowles said.
