Latest child gender de-transitioner lawsuit targets medical org. | Eastern NC Now

American Academy of Pediatrics is one of defendants

ENCNow

The latest in a trend of lawsuits against doctors, hospitals and others in the medical field by people who were gender transitioned as children, had their bodies irreversibly damaged by the process, and later de-transitioned, has broken new ground by also including the American Academy of Pediatrics as a defendant.   The lawsuit alleges civil conspiracy, fraud, and medical malpractice in pressured her to undergo the transition as a minor.

Isabelle Ayala, a biological female, now 21, had the hormone treatment but not the surgery.  Nonetheless, she has had permanent damage to her reproductive organs, as well as other permanent damage to her body.  When talked into the transition process, she was a teenager suffering multiple mental health issues and thus vulnerable.

While an increasing number of these cases are being filed, including at least two in North Carolina, this is the first case where a medical organization that promotes the gender transition process has been named as one of the defendants.

All of these quack gender bender doctors who mutilate children should be sued until they are put out of business and broke.
