As immigration issue festers, establishment German parties turn right | Eastern NC Now

As the populist / nationalist anti-immigration Alternativ fur Deutschland surges in polls and state and local elections on the right, and the launch of a new populist anti-immigration anti-woke party on the left is ongoing, the establishment German parties are scrambling to be relevant to voters huge concern with illegal immigration.

Germany's Social Democrat chancellor  has called for deporting asylum seekers whose bid for asylum has been denied in the courts, as most are.  Now Jens Spahn, who served as Health Minister under Merkel and who was one of the competitiors to succeed her as party leader, has called for the use of force to stop illegal aliens from even entering the country or the EU.

This follows the globalist French government's announcement that it was going to use quick deportations of problematic illegal aliens to avoid the European Court of Human Rights getting involved.  That court has a history of bending over backwards to favor illegal aliens.  One example while the UK was still in the EU was when the British government sought to deport a strident jihadist Muslim imam, the ECHR blocked the deportation saying it interfered with his "right to a family life with his cat".
