Trump GA co-defendant subpoenas election records to prove Trump won | Eastern NC Now

Massive list of election records would allow full examination of Georgia 2020 election

ENCNow

One of the defendants in the political witch hunt case against President Trump in Georgia is subpoenaing a massive haul of election records for the purpose of proving that Trump actually did win Georgia in 2020.  This would allow an examination of election conduct and results far beyond the limited recount done by the Secretary of State.

Attorneys for Harrison Floyd, former chairman of Black Voices for President Trump served the subpoenas and the Secretary of State has filed a motion to quash, which the trial judge has taken under advisement.  Failure to allow them access to these records would be railroading all the defendants and make this obvious to all as a kangaroo court, so Floyd is likely to get them.  It will be interesting to see what his team finds.

DA Fani Willis, who is the daughter of a former leader of the racist / terrorist group, The Black Panthers, opened the door with her politically motivated indictments.  Now the scheme may blow up in her face.

I went down as one of the observers of the sham partial recount conducted by Raffensberger. As I read this article on the subpoenas, they are asking for information that Raffensberger refused to provide previously. I hope they get it so that some of the issues involved can be resolved once and for all. It looks to me like Raffensberger is fearful of what they will find.
