Bill Graham files for Governor to win a conservative future for NC | Eastern North Carolina Now

Press Release:

RALEIGH, NC     On Monday, December 11, conservative Republican Bill Graham officially filed to run for Governor of North Carolina.

"I'm running for Governor because I want to win a conservative future for North Carolina," Bill Graham said. "When I'm Governor, I'll abolish the local food tax, implement the death penalty for drug dealers and human traffickers, and make sure the Chinese Communist Party can't buy land in North Carolina."

Bill Graham continued, "We have a comprehensive plan to revitalize our state's economy for hard-working people, protect our families by fighting crime head-on, and empower parents and students in education."

The Graham Plan outlines a comprehensive policy agenda aimed at winning a conservative future for North Carolina.

Bill Graham is a successful business entrepreneur, former prosecutor, and practicing attorney who has a long track record winning conservative fights in North Carolina. Bill successfully fought a Democrat Governor by leading a grassroots effort to cap the gas tax, a Chinese company in court for dumping toxic waste on North Carolina farmers' land, and the federal government for failing to take care of our U.S. Marines at Camp Lejeune.

In his private life, Bill has been deeply committed to North Carolina's economic growth. Bill has a remarkable track record as an entrepreneur, founding multiple successful businesses at the forefront of transitioning our economy into the future. He has been a key player in the development of for-profit research companies, located at the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis, which aim to improve quality of life and healthcare services.

Bill Graham is a former board member of the Jesse Helms Center and served on the U.S. Agriculture Committee for Senator Helms. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Catawba College. He has served on the North Carolina Rules Review Commission, is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, and formerly served as Secretary of the Cabarrus County Board of Election.
