Democrat hack attorney Marc Elias ran around the country in 2020 filing lawsuits, using Covid as an excuse, and sought, usually successfully, to make it easier to commit election fraud. According to a recent Rasmussen poll, American voters responded by actually committing more election fraud. The poll found that about 20% of all voters polled admitted to it.

Covid was a poor excuse, given that months prior to the US election, both Italy and South Korea had conducted nationwide elections using normal election processes during the Covid pandemic, with no mail in voting, and both had good turnouts, with no reports of spreading of Covid at the polls.
Now the Democrats are trying to keep these loosy goosy election procedures in place, which are a threat to democracy.
Meanwhile, a Soros DA in Milwaukee has refused to investigate hundreds of cases of election fraud by people who did same day voter registration that were referred to him by election officials. This Soros DA is covering up for election fraud, and probably should be indicted himself for that.

ANTIFA and BLM attacked LOTS of courthouses, and even the White House, not one day demonstrations but sustained violent attacks. America did roll over for those thugs, sadly. They extorted money out of many big corporations. Both ANTIFA and BLM have a Marxist history.

Nope, Just like `I'm sure MAGA attacking the court house in NY, as they did today, wont work either. If you think America is going to roll over to a bunch of thugs, think again.

Bob, what has happened is that court after court said "we are not allowing you to litigate those election issues to determine if they are true or not". They did not allow discovery or hearing on the facts. That is a very different response by American courts as compared to European courts on election contests.
In Georgia, there are two cases which might acutally get into the facts on what happened election day. One is a civil suit in federal court financed by Mike Lindell, where an Obama-appointed judge has ruled the case will go to trial and actual facts can be produced to the court. She did not shut it down on prelimary motions like so many other courts. The other is the Fani Willis prosecution of Trump and others, where one of the defendants has issued wide ranging subpoenas to gather evidence of election fraud. That could prove a huge problem for Willis, as the court is going to have to allow in exculpatory evidence for a defendant on the charges she has brought. Her scheme against Trump may blow up in her face. |
|
So Big Bob: You are assured that Donald Trump will lose again because the Non Patriot Left will cheat again in 2024, as they did in the 2020 election.
Big Bob we know that Non Patriot Left cheats, that is why we do all we can to take away that opportunity by limiting the ballots that your kind use to cheat in elections. |
|
Just be careful with polls. When Trump loses the election, it may be hard for you to deal with it, cause of, polls.
Point. Say whatever you want, but court after court has said, "none of that is true". In Georgia , Rudy Roodles is about to find out. |
|
BTW: people lie to pollsters all the time. Its not a crime. That's why a good poll requires some expertise to construct in order to account for "human variation". -The more you know.
|
|
I don't know if Little Bobbie's reading comprehension is that bad or if he is just trying to deflect, but the poll is NOT about what people beleive, it is a poll where they admit what they themselves DID, things like voting someone else's ballot, voting in a state where they no longer lived, or being paid to vote a particular way.
I have not seen the cross-tabs on the poll, but I strongly suspect it was not MAGA voters who were doing these things. |

A case can go through discovery and trial after it is filed, in which case the evidence is presented and a ruling made on that evidence, or it can be dismissed early by a motion in which case there is no such trial and determination of the facts. The former is what usually happens in Europe, but American courts are prone to the latter, and the latter is exactly what happened with the cases dealing with the 2020 election. They got dismissed before they had their day in court.
Probably the most famous election law case in the US is Bush v. Gore in the Supreme Court. In that case a Democrat controlled Florida Supreme Court was putting its thumb on the scales to try to reverse the outcome of the Presidential race in Florida, and the US Supreme Court rather than getting involved on the merits of the case, simply stopped them from doing it. The Supreme Court's action is, in fact, another example of American courts being gunshy on election law cases.
