‘Lady Ballers’ Scores Top Spot On Rotten Tomatoes Popular Streamers | Eastern North Carolina Now

    The Daily Wire's newest feature film "Lady Ballers" was billed ahead of its Friday release as the most triggering comedy of the year - and in just three days, it shot to the top of Rotten Tomatoes' most popular streamers list.

    The raucous comedy - which mercilessly mocks the growing number of biological men competing in women's sporting events - earned a 96% audience score on the movie-rating site as well.

    "Lady Ballers" was ranked alongside a number of big budget films, some of which had been previously released in theaters. Among them were Christopher Nolan's "Oppenheimer," the new Eddie Murphy comedy "Candy Cane Lane," "May December" starring Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore, and last summer's "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny."

    Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing weighed in on the incredible launch in a post to X on Saturday, saying, "Thank you to everyone who helped give Lady Ballers the biggest launch in @dailywireplus history.     "The only thing happening in our culture more absurd and hilarious than men calling themselves women and then dominating women's sports is that the 'speak truth to power' set on the left not only won't make fun of it, they won't even acknowledge it's a joke," Boreing said of the film. "This movie is for the women who have trained their entire lives only to be beaten at their sport by a man who couldn't win at his, the majority of Americans who find the whole idea of men in women's sports to be objectively wrong, and anyone who misses comedy - which the woke left destroyed on their ascent to cultural primacy."

    Less than 24 hours after the film was released on The Daily Wire's platform, the movie racked up over 1,000 reviews on the movie review forum Rotten Tomatoes, earning a 97% approval rating.

    "Lady Ballers" tells the story of a down-on-his-luck former high school basketball coach named Rob, played by Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing, who will do anything to win - in this case, teaching his team of men radical modern gender theory and leading them to identify as women in order to brutally dominate multiple women's sports.


    Audiences have responded positively to the film, calling it a "fresh return to humor" and a "necessary comedy for the current age."

    "I knew it would be funny, but I hadn't considered Daily Wire's ability to tell stories with good values and morals, (which of course is the case) The end was phenomenal! Way to go [Daily Wire]. You knocked it out of the park!" another post read.
